5. How the contract is formed

The website’s product display is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. You make an offer when you complete checkout. An automated order-received message acknowledges your request but does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the delivery address cannot be served, a legal or carrier restriction applies, we suspect fraud or misuse, a quantity limit applies, or a price or description contains an obvious error. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable United Kingdom VAT where legally required, unless the website states otherwise. Delivery charges and any optional services are shown before the order is submitted.

8. Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves stock expected for a future release. Estimated release and delivery dates may change for reasons outside our control. Payment is normally taken in full at checkout. 9. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges, processing times, estimated transit times, tracking arrangements, and rules for mixed orders are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by the consumer to receive them, except where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.

10. Ownership

Legal ownership of goods passes to you when we have received full cleared payment and the goods have been delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

13. Accounts and security

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or maintain website security.

14. Reviews and user content

23. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protection provided by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
