Our commitment
Makeitforme wants https://makeitforme.store to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, voice input, or other assistive technology.
We aim to improve accessibility over time and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference. This statement does not claim that every page currently meets a particular conformance level.
What we aim to support
We aim to provide clear headings, readable text, meaningful links, keyboard-accessible controls, form labels, useful error messages, text alternatives for important images, sufficient colour contrast, responsive layouts, and content that works at increased zoom.
Third-party checkout, payment, review, social-media, video, map, or authentication features may have accessibility characteristics controlled by their providers.
Known limitations
Some older product images may not yet have complete alternative text. Certain theme, wishlist, comparison, payment, or third-party components may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies. Automatically generated product or plugin content may not always have ideal headings, labels, focus order, or status announcements.
We review reported barriers and prioritise issues that block purchasing, account access, contact, privacy choices, or customer support.
Getting help or requesting an alternative
If you cannot access information or complete a task, contact us. Tell us the page or product, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or help you need.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible alternative or help complete the task without charging extra because of the accessibility need.

Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome. We aim to acknowledge a reported barrier within two United Kingdom business days and provide an update after it has been assessed. Complex third-party issues may take longer to resolve.
Review
We review this statement when the website, theme, checkout, or major plugins materially change, and after significant accessibility testing.
