Our approach
Makeitforme aims to resolve complaints fairly, clearly, and without unnecessary delay. Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.
How to complain
Email support@makeitforme.store with “Complaint” and your order number in the subject line. You may also telephone or write to us:
- Website: https://makeitforme.store
- Email: support@makeitforme.store
- Telephone: +44 7537 130260
- Postal address: 10 Scott Ave, Liverpool L36 0TT, United Kingdom
Please explain what happened, the outcome you want, relevant dates, and any evidence such as photographs, tracking, or messages. Do not send complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We aim to:
- acknowledge the complaint within two United Kingdom business days;
- investigate the order, payment, delivery, product, and earlier correspondence;
- ask only for information reasonably needed to decide the issue;
- provide a substantive response within 10 United Kingdom business days where possible; and
- explain any remedy, next step, or reason if we cannot agree with the requested outcome.
A complex claim involving a carrier, supplier, manufacturer, authentication provider, payment provider, or suspected fraud may take longer. If so, we will provide an update and aim to issue a final response within 30 calendar days.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts and your legal rights, an outcome may include an explanation, correction, apology, delivery update, replacement, repair, cancellation, full or partial refund, reimbursement of reasonable return costs, or another agreed remedy.
If you remain dissatisfied
Reply to the final response and identify the point you believe was missed. We will arrange a further review by a person not primarily responsible for the original response where reasonably practicable.
Consumers in England and Wales can obtain independent advice from Citizens Advice or telephone 0808 223 1133. Citizens Advice may refer information to Trading Standards.
For a personal-data complaint, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Records and privacy
We keep proportionate complaint records to investigate the issue, improve service, meet legal duties, and establish or defend claims. Our Privacy Notice explains retention and rights.
