This policy explains how Makeitforme processes and delivers orders placed through https://makeitforme.store. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing.
Order processing
We normally process in-stock orders within one to two United Kingdom business days, and processing may take up to 48 hours. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in England.
Processing may take longer where an address needs clarification, a payment or fraud check is required, a product is temporarily unavailable, or demand is unusually high. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Mainland United Kingdom
Standard delivery is estimated to arrive one to three business days after dispatch.

Standard delivery is estimated to arrive one to three business days after dispatch.

International delivery
International delivery is not offered automatically through the website. If you are outside the United Kingdom, email support@makeitforme.store before ordering. We may be able to provide a manual quotation depending on the product, destination, insurance availability, customs restrictions, and carrier acceptance.
If international delivery is agreed, the customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duty, brokerage charge, or local tax unless we expressly state that it is included. International delivery dates are estimates and customs clearance is outside our control.
Pre-orders and mixed orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the complete order will normally dispatch only when all items are available. Place separate orders if you want in-stock products dispatched sooner. UK delivery is free on each separate order too.
Release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may change. Please also read our Pre-order Policy.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after collection by the carrier.
A carrier may leave a parcel in a nominated safe place, with a neighbour, at a collection point, or according to the delivery preference you gave the carrier. Please choose delivery preferences carefully and keep the delivery address secure.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after an order has entered packing or dispatch.
If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery. If you cancel instead, we may deduct direct recovery costs where the law permits. This does not apply where the failure was caused by us or the carrier.
Delays, loss, and damage
Carrier transit times are estimates and are not always guaranteed. Weather, transport disruption, high seasonal volumes, customs, and events outside reasonable control can cause delay.
If tracking shows a material delay, or if a parcel appears lost, contact us at support@makeitforme.store. Please do not dispose of damaged packaging until the issue is resolved. We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
Delivery deadline
Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Pre-orders are delivered by the agreed or indicated release timetable instead. Your legal remedies for late delivery remain unaffected.
